1:1 Sessions with Team LG
During your coaching program, you will have unlimited calls with our team. These calls will be individualized to the kind of support YOU need. The topics can vary from week to week but a few examples may include meal planning, recipe ideas, mindset work, reducing stress, or how to form healthy habits that last.
- These calls are GOLDEN because they are uniquely customized to YOU to ensure your success!
- The calls usually last 30-60 minutes and are done via ZOOM giving you easy access to your weight loss consultant every single week.
- Support & accountability is what most “weight loss plans” are missing but with these touch points every week, I can guarantee we will keep you focused and on track as you reach your weight loss goals!
Group Coaching Calls
Each month, the team will host a GROUP coaching call for 1:1 clients (current and alumni members). These topics will vary from month to month. Most clients LOVE meeting within the group because you will be surrounded with so many like minded people.
- Group support is key to your overall success. Meet with women who are on a similar journey as YOU so you can cheer each other on along the way!
- Get feedback from me & others who have been in your shoes and are ready to help guide you.
Personal Training Sessions
You also get to meet with your very own personal trainer who will customize an exercise plan for YOU.
- Take the guesswork out when it comes to exercise. You’ll meet with your trainer regularly to ensure you have a clear exercise plan that will help you achieve your weight loss goals.
- Your trainer will create a custom workout plan in your very own app, personalized to your specific goals.Â
